ちなみにびっくりするほどズボラなので、こんな感じで毎回やっているわけではありません！
結構顔洗ったまんま何も塗らないことが多いです hehe

This is my skincare routine in English.
どうもー！
英語でスキンケアルーティンをご紹介します。
I first foamed up my face wash and applied it all over my face.
Then I rinsed it off very quickly and am gently wiping down my face with a towel.
まず洗顔料を泡立てて、顔に塗布しました。
ささっと洗い流して、タオルで優しく拭いています。
This is my lotion.
I take two pumps of this and pat it into my skin.
I try not to use scrubbing motions.
これが化粧水です。
これを２プッシュ使って、顔に抑え込む感じで塗っていきます。
できるだけゴシゴシしないようにします。
This is my moisturizer
and I take one pump of this and apply it to my face.
これが乳液で、
１プッシュを顔全体に塗布します
I start with my under-eyes because that’s where I need the most moisture.
Then I gently kind of massage it and also pat it into my face,
Making sure it’s all nice and moisturized.
目の下が乾燥しているので、一番初めにそこにのせます。
優しくマッサージする感じだったり、少し抑え込む感じで顔に塗布して、
しっかり保湿していきます。
Lastly, I take my lip balm and apply it to my lips.
I forget about this step a lot though.
最後にリップクリームを唇に塗ります。
大体このステップやるの忘れてます。
And this was my skincare routine!
